Scott works as an instructional designer, graphic designer, and media specialist on a variety of projects for the RCEP. He also advises the staff on instructional design issues for training and online courses. Scott is lead author on the disability handbook (see description on Project page) and gives workshops on creating ADA-accessible websites. He joined RCEP in 1996. Before that he worked as a TV news reporter, a video producer, and a graphic designer.
