David Roberts has been director of the RCEP at the Univesity of Missouri (formerly RCEP7) since its creation in 1974. In addition to overseeing all the RCEP projects, he travels extensively consulting with others in the VR field nationally, hosting Region7 conferences, and collaborating with other RCEPs. He also teaches in and is Director of the Rehabilitation Counseling Program in the Department of Educational and Counseling Psychology at the University of Missouri. In addition, he is an impartial hearing officer for Missouri VR, resolving disputes between VR offices and clients.
