Tony has been using City Paratransit on Mondays and Wednesdays, and his mother brings him on Fridays to get to Vegoni's.
Tony has no difficulties with strength or endurance. He works well through 3 hour shifts with no breaks. He knows the quality of work that needs to be done and works at a quick speed. Tony learns well verbally- sometimes repeated or demonstrated. He only needs to count breadsticks, which he is doing well. He reads the time clock well too. Tony's mobility is fine; he can perform all tasks required. No medication effects at this time.
Tony seems to be interested in his job and enjoys it. He is not demonstrating any negative behaviors. Tony's parents are very supportive, and I have been with him 100% of his working time. His communication is fine, but he is sometimes difficult to understand and must repeat himself. He has dressed appropriately each day he has worked and appears well groomed. Tony takes pride in his work, and the other coworkers and I verbally reinforce him frequently.
I am very quick and also very fast. I got the power to do the challenge and knowledge - Tony Boyd
