Fall 1984 - Fall. 1987 - enrolled in Wisconsin Community College, liberal arts, counseling classes
September, 1987 - Moved to Missouri to be with extended family
Summer, 1988 - 2 classes at Midwestern Community College (in town), data processing, western civ
April 13, 1988 - married
December 13, 1988 - hospitalized at Dickinson Mental Health Center after suicide attempt.
January 22, 1989 - VR case opened, eligible on 7/15, Training status 8/26/89
Fall, 1989 - Spring 1991 - enrolled in University, social work program.
February 17, 1990 - Divorced.
May 16, 1991 - BSW earned, gpa 3.1
Summer 1991 - Spring 1992 - enrolled in University, master's program in social work, also works at University Hospital during degree, 1 semester in records room, 1 semester as s.w. associate.
May, 1992 - begins working at Dickinson Mental Health Center as clinical social worker, contingent upon taking remaining course to complete MSW degree.
June 6, 1992 - VR case closed, status 26 (employed)
September 12,1994 - Declares Bankruptcy
July 7, 1995 - admitted to Davis Hospital psychiatric ward
August 27, 1995 - released from Davis Hospital
February 12, 1996 - contacts Darren Howard (VRC), having trouble with job at Dickinson Mental Health Center
March 9, 1996 - admitted to Davis Hospital psychiatric ward
May 7, 1996 - released from Davis Hosptial
June 20, 1996 - looses job because of problems filling out paperwork.
June 28, 1996 - begins counseling with Dr. DiMario
August 4, 1996 - begins services from Freedom Group
April 1997 - begins getting services from Independent Living Center, joins support group.
May, 1997 - "graduates" from Freedom group
July 7, 1997 - completes treatment at Community Counseling Center
August 5, 1997 - contacts Darren Howard (VRC) about reopening case to complete degree
August 9, 1997 - meets with Darren, they decide to reopen her case
August 16, 1997 - calls Darren. University will not let her enroll until loans are paid off.
August 19, 1997 - calls Darren - her doctor, DiMario, has convinced university to let her in.
August 20, 1997 - calls Darren - everything is go for enrollment. 3 credit hours.
Fall 1997 - re-enrolled, Social Work 410, Professional Practice Seminar, 3 credits
December 19, 1997 - MSW earned.
January 20, 1998 - Contacts Darren to report on her status. Still having some trouble adjusting her medication, so will wait until spring before job hunting
May 22, 1998 - Begins working for Dr. DeMario (her psychiatrist) as a social worker
May 27, 1998 - Darren calls Marion to check on her employment status.
June 5, 1998 - Leave's DeMario's office to work for Center for Independent Living as a social worker
November 2, 1998 - Darren calls Marion to check on her, learns of change in jobs.
November 9, 1998 - close case
