This information on Employment Supports is meant to help individuals build the support skills necessary to implement the Self-Determination Model. The Supports are broken up in to three parts: those relevant to Phase 1 of the model and those relevant to Phase 2 of the model, and those for Phase 3. In each section you will find a detailed directory of the Employment Supports involved. You may start with either set of supports listed below. Below that is a list of Activity Forms designed to help implement the Employment Supports.
